Glencoe Open Water Swim

Our first “official” practice at the Glencoe Open Water Swim, with 1.5km for Jeff and 3km for Ewan. The rather damp weather wasn’t enough to keep these boys on dry land!

We plan to start softly, with easier swims and then build up slowly to end with a swim across the Sound of Mull. Why not join us for one or more of the swims? We would only ask if you could let us know before the event, so that we can ensure adequate safety cover.

Highland Open Water Swim was developed to enjoy the beautiful environment that we are lucky to live close to in the Highlands of Scotland and hopefully inspire others to try and challenge themselves to start new sport activities. More importantly, the team is keen to use this opportunity to increase awareness to children’s cancer and is raising funds for this worthy cause.

Please feel free to comment and share with others about our project!
